Put more time into the important core recruitment tasks.

Hiring a recruitment/HR team assistant can help take the day-to-day tasks in a recruitment firm or HR department. Below are some of the questions to ask organisations have asked themselves before getting a recruitment/HR team assistant.

Many organisations go through unexpected spikes in recruitment requirements, for example, if you have recently had many leavers or have gone through a large expansion with many new joiners needing tending to.

Here you sadly find yourself bogged down with non-core tasks like scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate databases and handling paperwork.

You are in a position where you could do with taking the hours back lost to admin, but they are simple tasks so employing someone at high market rates isn’t prudent.

Are you cursed with a lack of time? So are forced to either work longer hours eating into your social time, extend project deadlines or even not do projects at all?
