Finance Team Assistant Role
General Responsibilities
- Prepare tax documents for the organization.
- Prepare a balance sheet.
- Enter financial data into the system.
- Update financial records.
- Create cost analysis reports for other departments.
- Maintain financial policies throughout the company.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Core Competencies
Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions.
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
Incredible attention to detail to catch errors.
Top of the line math abilities.
Excellent time management skills.
Solid organizational skills.
Ability to follow company policies.
Ability to work independently and on a team.
Educated to degree level or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
Location
Accra, Ghana
The role can not be operated outside Ghana as you will have to be physically available for local management.
Salary
Dependent on experience, Very competitive, Paid in USD or Cedis equivalent
